In these weekly classes, we will explore how stress and our response to it affect our body and mind. We will guide you through a range of simple meditation and mindful practices and help you develop a daily practice.
Classes are held in a nurturing and supportive environment. All levels of experience are welcome. Each week we will guide you through a range of meditation practices including body scan, breathe, thoughts, emotions, mountain.
Thursdays 7.30 pm- 8.30 pm. Fridays 11 am - 12 pm Commencing October 12th.
Cost: $120 for 8-week term. $20 casual rate.
