All yoga sessions include specific stretches, breathing and concentration exercises, a sequence of asanas (postures) and finish with meditation practices. Participants are encouraged to always work at their own level.

Yoga - Hatha Healing and Harmony

An ongoing program for beginners and those who have practiced yoga before and wishing
to improve their level of fitness, strength, and flexibility.

Tuesdays: 8.30 am - 9.45 am

Term 3 2018 | Duration: 10 weeks | Starts:  Week commencing 17/07/2018 | Cost: $160 (Casual Classes $20)

Term 4 2018 | Duration: 10 weeks | Starts:  Week commencing 9/10/2018 | Cost: $160 (Casual Classes $20)
