All yoga sessions include specific stretches, breathing and concentration exercises, a sequence of asanas (postures) and finish with meditation practices. Participants are encouraged to always work at their own level.

An ongoing program for beginners and those who have practiced yoga before and wishing
to improve their level of fitness, strength, and flexibility.

Thursdays: 10.30 am - 11.45 am Tuesdays: 8.30 am - 9.45 am

Term 3 2017 | Duration: 10 weeks | Starts:  Week commencing 17/07/17 | Cost: $160 (Casual Classes $20)

Term 4 2017 | Duration: 10 weeks | Starts:  Week commencing 9/10/17 | Cost: $160 (Casual Classes $20)

(Tuesday class only 9 weeks duration in term 4 because of Cup Day so cost is $144)
