Lets get fit through strength training. Weights and exercises to improve bones, muscles and minds!

This program is extremely popular, you will be given an initial assessment where our instructor Rob will assess your physical readiness and will design a circuit of exercises specific to your needs.
You do the exercises at your own pace and Rob & Kaye are always there to help guide and assist you. After your initial assessment appointment, participants attend for approx an hour at any time within the time slot that suits them (usually people come 2 out of the 3 available days).

Tutors: Robert Irwin and Kaye Duffell

Cost: $10  Per Class. Pay as you go.

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9.00 am - 11.30 am

Fridays: 9.00 am - 12.00 pm
