Class fees shall ordinarily be paid per term in advance.
Fees are due at least 2 working days prior to the commencement of the class.
Partial enrolment will only be considered in extreme circumstances and is at the discretion of the Centre Manager.
Students wishing to withdraw from a class less than three working days before commencement are not eligible for a refund, credit may be given for another course. Students wishing to withdraw after the course has commenced are not entitled to a refund or a credit. In circumstances of hardship the matter should be referred to the Centre Manager.
10% discount applies to pensioner concession card holders and self funded retirees for our art, language
and creative writing classes. Must notify at time of enrolment.
HCC reserves the right to cancel classes which do not meet the required minimum number of participants enrolled by the enrolment cut-off date. A full refund will be given in this instance.
If you are interested in becoming a member please ask at reception for a membership form. Members are entitled to vote at general meetings and are eligible for election onto the Committee of Governance. New members are always welcome.
Government funding for entry level education is available. If you hold a Health Care Card, Veterans Gold
Card, Single Parents or Centrelink Benefit Card. Please ask at reception for further information. Others
