Become a competent user of Microsoft office programs; Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Access and Excel. You will learn these programs in the context of the workplace practising the actions that are commonly required such as mail merge. Here too you will use Outlook to enter meetings, flag important dates, manage a large volume of emails and create group emails and categorise documents.
